Client Technology Update
As we continue to service our clients more efficiently, we are changing our existing Secure File Transfer to a Secure File Vault. You will be able to transfer your files more efficiently and have the capabilities to access your important financial documents from anywhere at anytime.
Whether you're at work, home, or on vacation you always have access to your tax returns, financial work papers, or accounting database. You can have a separate Secure File Vault account for any personal information.
Log- In is your email address and your password is the same as the Secure File Transfer.
Instructions for the new Secure File Vault:
To download your back-ups:
Click on “Secure File Vault”
Click on “Browse” and find where your file is located and click on it.
It will show in the File Box.
Click on Upload File and wait until it says complete.
The file will then show in the Name and Description Box.
